Financial Secretary, Kate Scruggs

Financial
Secretary of New Haven since 2002, Kate is originally from Keokuk,
Iowa and was very active at Trinity United Methodist Church there. She
was given the opportunity to serve as a member of the Iowa
Conference Council on Youth Ministries for 6 years and chaired the
council for two years. Kate graduated from Simpson College
with a Bachelor's degree in Music and Management and moved to
Tulsa in 1997 to work for Tulsa Opera, where she still works full time
as the Operations Accountant. She is also a member of P.E.O., Mu Phi
Epsilon - a professional music fraternity and Alpha Chi Omega.
Kate was married to Kevin, a native of Lawton, OK,
in 2000 and they have a 2 year old son, Will.
