Suzanne Davis - Associate Pastor

Suzanne Davis is a native of Florida growing up loving the ocean. She moved to Tulsa in 1981 to join the staff of St. John Hospice. She has served also as Chaplain and Coordinator of Family Support Services with Grace Hospice. She is one of the first to be ordained a Deacon in full connection with the United Methodist Church. She has been involved with New Haven since 1994 and came on staff after leaving hospice in 2008.

Suzanne graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Sociology and after a year travelling in Europe with a friend she returned to school at Candler School of Theology, Emory University where she earned a Master’s in Christian Education. She was a youth minister and director of Christian Education in the Florida conference before moving to Tulsa.

She is married to Rick Davis and they have 3 children and 2 grand children. Their youngest is living at home while working on his MBA at OSU Tulsa and enjoys the opportunity as back up Bassoonist for the Bartlesville Symphony and the Signature Symphony.

Suzanne is grateful for the privilege of being a part of New Haven Staff and leading Bible Study, teaching Sunday School, pastoral care, assimilation of members and what ever other ways she can be in ministry with the wonderful folks at New Haven.
